RideReview AI Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
RideReview AI helps users retrieve and analyze their Garmin activity data. This policy explains what information the service processes and why.
Information we process
- Email address and RideReview AI access code used to create and manage access.
- Garmin credentials submitted when a Garmin login is required. Passwords are used for the login request and are not stored in the RideReview AI database.
- Garmin session tokens, activity files, workout metrics, and related profile data needed to provide exports and analysis.
- Basic technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We use this information only to authenticate users, connect to Garmin at their request, retrieve workout data, generate workout summaries, enforce service limits, and maintain the security and reliability of RideReview AI.
Storage and sharing
User data is stored on RideReview AI infrastructure. Data sent through a custom GPT may also be processed by OpenAI under its applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure and email providers only as needed to operate the service or comply with law.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your RideReview AI account, stored Garmin tokens, and exported activity data by contacting us.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted HTTPS connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep their access codes private.
Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time and may request access to or deletion of your information. You can also revoke connected sessions through your Garmin account.
